He should have good exposure to all aspects of the freight forwarding business Desired Profile · The Executive should have hands on Freight forwarding sales experience. · Knowledge of ocean / air import and export · He should self-starter and individual contributor · Good verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities · Generate leads and onboard new customers preferably direct shippers/manufacturers/Traders · Generate revenue by procuring new customers through prospecting and face- to- face meetings. · Achieve set revenue and volume targets · Maintain CRM and meeting records · Share Daily sales report with management · Managing existing accounts, by visiting regularly to existing customers. Explore more business opportunities with them. · Increase revenue by maximizing profits through price strategies & margin control. · Responsible for collection of timely payments from clients. · Responsible for understanding pricing and cost components associated with proposed solutions
