For any of the services on Taprootz’s platform, no refund will be issued to its users.

The prices of TapRootz solutions are available on the platform. The user(s) has/have the choice whether to subscribe to any of the solutions or not. Once the solutions are bought/subscribed to, TapRootz reserves the right not to make any refund.


If there are any disputes related to the solution/service not working due to technical issues, the advantage/benefit duration of the solution would be extended by taking into consideration all the challenges faced by the user(s).
